Orders and Payment:  any order you make through this webpage is an order sent directly to Tea Trug. Tea Trug has the exclusive rights to accept or reject your order at any time for reasons, including but not limited to: (a) the availability of the products or (ii) if your desired delivery area does not fall under the delivery zone of our appointed service provider. We will notify you about the acceptance or rejection of your order through email. If your order is cancelled after the payment is made, the full payment will be refunded to your account within a reasonable time period. Credit card service provider must approve all purchases made through a credit card. Under this agreement you cannot resell any purchased product or transfer your purchase benefits or rights without the prior written consent of Tea Trug. 
5. Shipping: based on your delivery option, Tea Trug will ship the product to the delivery destination. The delivery time mentioned on the webpage is merely an estimate. Tea Trug will not be held responsible for any delay beyond its control, such as forced majeure, strikes, civil commotion, governmental holidays, delivery providers’ delays, etc.If any damage is caused to the product quality due to these delays, Tea Trug will not be held responsible for this purpose. All purchased products are handed over to third party delivery providers for the delivery process. The moment the product that you have purchased is given to the third party shipping service provider, Tea Trug is no longer responsible over it.
6. Return Policy: at times you may not like our products, we would like to know your reasons. Please email us mentioning the reasons of your disapproval. To return an item, simply login to your account, view the ‘My Order Section’ under the ‘Account’ menu and click the Return Item(s) button. This item will appear up to 30 working days from the date of delivery. You will be notified about your refund via e-mail once we have received your request along with the original purchase receipt.
7. Disclaimer: use of this webpage is at your own discretion. Tea Trug hereby rejects any representation or warranties with regards to the webpage and your purchase of any productions through the webpage. This limitation is an essential element of the agreement between Tea Trug and you. 
9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold innocent Tea Trug (including reasonable legal fees), its officers, directors, employees, or agents from any action arising from your misuse of this website or for the breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement.

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties. There are no other written and/or verbal agreements or representations relating to the subject matters described herein.

Should any provision of the Terms of Use be deemed invalid or unenforceable, those provisions shall be severed from the Agreement, but shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
